Electric hoist gantry crane - Product Description

Features: This machine is designed to be used in conjunction with CD1 and MD1 electric hoists, and is suitable for fixed spans in outdoor operations. It is prohibited to lift molten metals and flammable and explosive materials. According to user requirements, it can also be made into a single end outward cantilever or non cantilever structure.
The working environment temperature of this machine is 35-20 degrees Celsius, and the power supply is three-phase AC 50MHz, 380V

Note: Gn=rated lifting tonnage S=span (distance from the center of the left track to the center of the right track) H=lifting height (distance from the ground to the highest point of the hook)

This standard replaces JB/T5663.1-1991 "Types and basic parameters of electric hoist gantry cranes" and JB/5663.2-1991 "Technical conditions for electric hoist gantry cranes".
Compared with JB/T 5663.1-1991 and JB/T 5663.2-1991, the main changes in this standard are as follows:
——Integrate JB/T 5663.1 and JB/T 5663.2 into one standard;
——Modified the content of normative reference documents;
——The rated voltage and frequency of the main circuit of the crane have been expanded from the original 380V, 50Hz to 220V~660V, 50Hz or 60Hz:
——In addition to using wire rope electric hoists, add loop chain electric hoists to the lifting mechanism;
——Supplemented and adjusted the rated lifting capacity, span, and working speed in the basic parameters;
——The static rigidity requirements for the crane have been adjusted.
This standard was proposed by the China Machinery Industry Federation.
