This equipment is mainly used for cleaning ampoules in pharmaceutical factories. The whole machine consists of a bottle inlet system, a cleaning system, a bottle outlet system, a circulating water system, a pipeline system, and an electrical control system.
The double section design of the bottle inlet mesh belt avoids the glass debris generated by the friction between the mesh belt and the bottle bottom from entering the cleaning water tank, increasing the clarity of the cleaning water;
The center of the bottle feeding screw is embedded with a whole stainless steel axis to increase the strength of the screw and avoid the phenomenon of easy bending and deformation of the screw in hot water;
- Fully stainless steel robotic arm three-point positioning clamp bottle, with torsion spring instead of tension spring, long service life, and easy cleaning;
The bottle washing machine adopts a one axis fixed three center structure, with a central axis running through the turntable, track ring, and flushing needle frame from top to bottom to ensure concentricity, ensure the alignment of the spray needle, and improve the stability of equipment operation;
- Three wheel drive for uniform bottle dispensing, easy replacement of specifications and parts, no hygiene blind spots;
The cleaning pipeline is equipped with a water forcing function to ensure that there is no residual moisture in the pipeline and prevent bacterial growth.
