In the past, the cooling of analytical instruments often used the method of running tap water for a long time. Under normal circumstances, the consumption of tap water is calculated at 10L/min. If working for 8 hours a day, the annual water consumption is about 1440 tons, which greatly wastes valuable water resources and has poor cooling effect; For areas with hard water quality, the problem of "scaling" can also affect the normal use of instruments. By changing the compressor frequency, the input and output power of the refrigeration system can be automatically adjusted to achieve temperature control and energy saving. Compared with the start stop type, it saves more than 30% of electricity under the same cooling capacity.

Key components of the refrigeration system, such as compressors and circulating fans, are imported products. Micro processing chip control, high control accuracy, stable and reliable performance, combined with PID temperature control technology, achieves precise temperature control (± 0.1 ℃).

During the start-up of the compressor, the input power gradually increases from small to large within 20 seconds, creating a "soft start" that avoids the high current shock during the start-up of a constant speed compressor and extends the lifespan of the entire machine.

By changing the frequency of the compressor, temperature control can be achieved and the input and output power of the refrigeration system can be automatically adjusted.
