MC315AC Pneumatic Pipe Cutting Machine

1、 Precautions for operating the pipe cutting machine:

1Place the machine on a sturdy ground and level it to ensure smooth operation.

2Before starting up, it is necessary to check whether the saw blade safety cover is properly installed.

3Before installing or replacing the blade, be sure to cut off the main power supply first.

4When installing the blade, pay attention to aligning the direction of the serrations with the direction indicated by the arrow on the safety cover.

5Before use, check the oil level of the machine head oil gauge and keep the oil level above 1/2 of the oil gauge.

6When clamping the pipe, keep the pipe level on the clamp and firmly clamp it, otherwise it will damage the saw blade.

7Use a dull saw blade and do not continue sawing to avoid damaging the blade.

8Keep the machine and environment clean.

2、 Maintenance and upkeep of the pipe cutting machine:

1When installing the saw blade, clean the saw blade, saw blade shaft, and blade cover with clean gauze.

2Replace the gear oil once a month for the first use of the head worm gear box, and then replace it every three months thereafter.

3The connecting shaft between the machine head and the rotary seat should be lubricated with oil every shift.

4After use, the clamp should be cleaned and buttered.

5Worm gears and worm gears are vulnerable parts, and if excessive wear is found, they must be replaced.

6After work is completed or when cleaning, inspecting, and repairing machine tools, the power must be cut off to ensure safety.

3、 Machine installation:

The machine tool must be placed on a horizontally painted cement floor, fixed to the ground with bolts according to the screw holes at the four corners of the machine base, and leveled.

2Connect the power supply:

The machine itself has been pre connected to the electrical circuit, and a three-phase cable is used for external power supply, with a power requirement of 380V/50HZ for industrial use. There is a speed selector switch installed on the main motor junction box, with three levels of "0", "1", and "2", as shown in Figure<->-9. "0" can stop the main motor, while "1" has two speeds: slow 60r/min and fast 120r/min. Among them, the fast gear is suitable for pipe wall 2㎜The following metal pipes are suitable for slow cutting of materials with thick pipe walls or solid core rods.

3Debugging the spindle direction:

After connecting the power supply, select the motor speed, the stroke switch contact adjustment block, and the machine head will be powered on to operate, driving the saw blade shaft. At this time, check whether the direction of rotation of the saw blade shaft is consistent with the arrow on the saw blade cover. If the direction is opposite, cut off the power supply, and adjust any two of the three-phase wires introduced into the power supply to the opposite direction. Follow the above procedure to operate and test again to achieve the saw blade shaft turning in the same direction as the arrow direction, and the machine will enter normal use.
