Overview of MBR membrane reactor
MBR membrane reactor is an innovative wastewater treatment and reuse technology developed in the late 20th century. Since the 1980s, this technology has been increasingly valued and has become a hot topic in water treatment technology research. In the past two years, MBR membrane bioreactors have entered the practical stage in China.

1. Inlet well: An overflow port and inlet gate are installed in the inlet well. In the event that the amount of tap water exceeds the system load or an accident occurs in the treatment system, the inlet gate is closed, and sewage is directly discharged into the nearby river or municipal pipeline through the overflow port.
2. Grille: Sewage often contains a large amount of debris. To ensure the normal operation of the MBR system, various fibers, slag, waste paper and other debris must be intercepted outside the system. Therefore, a grille needs to be set up in front of the system to regularly clean the slag.
3. Regulating tank: The amount and quality of collected sewage vary over time. In order to ensure the normal operation of the subsequent treatment system and reduce operating load, it is necessary to regulate the amount and quality of sewage. Therefore, a regulating tank is designed before entering the biological treatment system. The sediment in the regulating pool needs to be cleaned regularly. The regulating pool is generally equipped with overflow, which can ensure the normal operation of the system under excessive load.
4. Hair aggregator: In the reclaimed water treatment system, due to the small amount of hair and fibers contained in the collected bathing wastewater, if not cleaned thoroughly, it can cause blockage of the water pump and MBR reactor, reduce treatment efficiency, and ultimately cause the entire system to collapse. Therefore, a hair filter needs to be installed in the reclaimed water treatment system.
5. MBR reaction tank: Organic pollutants are degraded and sludge water is separated in the MBR reaction tank. As the core part of the processing system, the reaction tank includes microbial colonies, membrane components, water collection system, effluent system, and aeration system.
6. Disinfection device: According to the requirements of the effluent, the system is designed with a disinfection device that can automatically control the dosage.
7. Measurement device: In order to ensure the good operation of the system, it is necessary to use a certain measurement device for parameter control of the system.
8. Electric control device: The electric control box is installed in the equipment room. Mainly controls the inlet pump, fan, and suction pump. There are two forms of control: manual and automatic.
