The M60S online phased array microwave moisture meter from Koehler GmbH in Germany is currently the only reflective non-contact moisture meter in the world that uses phased array microwave antennas. M60S is designed according to industrial requirements, with excellent precision and reliability, sturdy and durable, and fast response speed. The moisture value range is 0-50%, with a maximum accuracy of 0.1%. It has good practicality and is designed for continuous measurement of product moisture during the production process. M60S can measure multiple different media and can input up to 100 sets of calibration data.
The M60S online phased array microwave moisture analyzer is an innovative and cost-effective product, consisting of a host and a phased array microwave probe. M60S adopts reflective measurement, and the probe does not need to contact the measured material (the distance between the measured material and the probe is 0.5-2 meters) to accurately obtain three types of measurement data simultaneously: moisture value, distance between the probe and the material, and material movement speed. Users can choose between static and dynamic measurement modes to review different working conditions. The host adopts a 7-inch color LCD industrial screen, which is easy to operate. The probe is made of high-strength stainless steel, and a signal cable of up to 200 meters can be connected between the host and the probe. All components are waterproof and dustproof, and the sturdy stainless steel shell can resist accidental impacts. The whole machine can work for a long time in harsh environments.
