SYD-11143 Lubricating Oil Liquid Corrosion Tester
The SYD-11143 lubricant liquid phase corrosion tester is designed and manufactured in accordance with the requirements specified in the Chinese standard GB/T 11143 "Test Method for Rust Prevention Performance of Inhibited Mineral Oil in the Presence of Water". Applicable to the test method proposed in GB/T 11143 standard, to evaluate the rust prevention ability of mineral oil with inhibitors, especially turbine oil, on iron components when mixed with water. It is also applicable to evaluate the rust prevention ability of other oil products, such as hydraulic oil, circulating oil, and liquids heavier than water, on iron components.
1、 Main technical features of SYD-11143 lubricating oil liquid phase corrosion tester
1. A digital temperature controller, heater, and electric stirrer are used to form a constant temperature bath, with uniform temperature inside the bath.
2. Equipped with a timer for time control and automatic timing during sample testing.
3. With 4 sample test holes, it can simultaneously test 4 samples with high testing efficiency.
