The low-voltage resistance boiler series products are a type of resistance heating steam/hot water boiler. The product adopts an integrated design to integrate the boiler body and control system into a whole, and complete all assembly and debugging in the factory, achieving plug and play for users on site. This product adopts a multi-stage electric heating control method and PID control logic to achieve precise matching of heating capacity and load demand, and maximize energy saving. The product also has advantages such as small size, easy installation, and long service life.

Design Features

  • Reasonable design: According to different capacities and uses, the design of electric boilers can be mainly divided into the following structural forms: a. Vertical: Flange type electric heating elements are installed vertically on the top of the boiler. This type of boiler occupies a small area, saves space, and the electric heating elements are not easy to scale. Suspended solids in the boiler water are not easy to settle on the electric heating elements, which is conducive to sufficient heat transfer between the electric heating elements and water, and is easy to maintain and upkeep the boiler. B Horizontal: Flange type electric heating elements are horizontally inserted and installed. This structural form is often used to design high-power electric boilers with large water volume, good heating stability, and is not affected by spatial height.
  • The maximum capacity of the boiler can reach 6500KW, and the maximum pressure can reach 25MPa. Capacity and pressure can also be designed and manufactured according to customer requirements.
  • The flange type electric heating element is designed and manufactured by the factory itself. High temperature resistant, corrosion-resistant, and high-strength nickel chromium iron alloy is selected as the armor sleeve according to international industry standards, with high-purity magnesium dioxide powder as the filler. Advanced technology and strict quality control are used to ensure the concentricity of the heating wire.
  • The low wattage density design of the flange type electric heating element makes its service life much longer and more durable than other electric heating elements.
  • The insulation sealing of electric heating elements adopts special materials and process technology, ensuring that the insulation resistance of electric heating elements will not decrease due to insulation sealing problems in any humid environment, thereby avoiding electrical short circuits or electric heating tube explosions that may affect the normal operation of electric boilers during startup.
  • The design and manufacturing of mechatronics integration reduces the on-site installation workload after the product leaves the factory and lowers installation costs.
  • The design efficiency is 99%, and the electric heating element converts 100% of electrical energy into thermal energy, which is much more efficient than other energy heating devices.
  • The control cabinet is equipped with dedicated program controllers, temperature controllers, and pressure controllers. It automatically adjusts the output power according to changes in external loads or system settings. Its control mode adopts a step-by-step loading or unloading and a first on, first off cycle to ensure the balance of the service life of the electric heating element. The control circuit adopts PLC computer control to achieve stepless adjustment control, precise control of water outlet temperature or steam pressure, and reduce the impact of equipment on the power grid.
  • It has various safety water shortage protection and automatic protection functions: ultra-high temperature automatic protection, ultra-high pressure automatic protection, safety valve protection, water level control and low water level water shortage protection, leakage short circuit and overload protection, and other fault alarms.
  • We can design anti-corrosion pressure vessels suitable for various purposes according to customer requirements. It can be used for circulating heating with special requirements to prevent chloride ions in water from corroding the container. It can also provide configuration of PLC microcomputer programmable controller and display screen, communication interface and communication protocol, realizing remote central computer monitoring.
