1、 Introduction to Low Resistance Backflow Preventer
A single diaphragm low resistance backflow preventer is a hydraulic control combination device used in urban water supply systems to restrict the one-way flow of water transported in pipelines and prevent backflow. Its function is to prevent the backflow or siphon backflow of the medium in the pipeline under any working conditions, thereby avoiding backflow pollution.
2、 Characteristics of low resistance backflow preventer

7、 Installation method and precautions for low resistance backflow preventer
1. All pipelines should be thoroughly flushed before formal installation.
2. This valve should be installed horizontally as much as possible for easy debugging and maintenance.
3. The maintenance gate valve should be installed at both ends of the valve, the filter should be installed before the inlet, and the flexible joint should be installed at least at one end.
4. The outlet of the drainage valve shall not be directly connected to the drainage pipe, but shall be discharged to the ground drainage ditch. The distance between the lower end of the drainage valve and the ground shall not be less than 300mm.
5. In principle, it is not allowed to install this in mines. If installation is necessary, comply with local regulations; Require approved technicians to install it in an isolated and suitable space; Prevent floods caused by drainage.
When it is necessary to maintain the anti backflow valve without stopping the water supply, it is recommended to connect two of these valves in parallel (with a bypass pipeline) on the main pipeline.
7. After installation, when starting to use, close the outlet gate valve and slowly open the inlet gate valve to allow water to slowly fill the valve. Open the exhaust valve to clear the air in the valve chamber. After the valve chamber is filled with water, slowly open the outlet gate valve to allow water to flow throughout the entire pipeline.
