The determination of total nitrogen index is helpful in evaluating the pollution and self purification status of water bodies, and has important significance for environmental protection. This series of products refers to the industry standard HJ 636 of the Ministry of Environmental Protection and is suitable for the determination of total nitrogen in surface water, groundwater, municipal sewage, and industrial wastewater.

Low range total nitrogen prefabricated tube reagentOperation method:
1:Take out 2 TN prefabricated tubes A, one of which is filled with 2.00mL of ultrapure water as the blank value, and the other is filled with 2.00mL of ultrapure watermL water sample to be tested;
2:Add one packet of TN (HR) (I) reagent to each digestion tube that has been filled with blank and water samples;
3:Clean the outer wall of the tube with dust-free paper, hold the tube cover upside down and shake the solution in the prefabricated tube evenly;
4:Turn on the digestion device, heat to 120 ℃, set the time to 30 minutes, and place the two test tubes to be digested into the digestion chamber;
5:Place the pre fabricated A tube that has been digested in a test tube rack and cool it to room temperature;
6:Add a packet of TN (HR) (II) reagent to each pre cooled tube A, shake for 15 seconds, and let it stand for 3 minutes;
7:Add a packet of TN (HR) (III) reagent to each pre made tube A that has been left to stand, shake for 15 seconds, and let it stand for 2 minutes;
8:Prepare the same quantity of TN prefabricated tubes B, and transfer 2.00mL of liquid from prefabricated tube A to the corresponding prefabricated tube B and shake it;
9:Place the shaken prefabricated tube B in the test tube rack and let it stand for 5 minutes;
10:Clean the outer wall of the tube with dust-free paper (shaking and mixing the solution is prohibited at this time);
10: Put the processed blank prefabricated tube into the instrument to read zero; Place the processed sample tube into the instrument for reading.
Note:It can directly replace mainstream brand reagents without the need to reconstruct the curve.
