Fangkuai FGR TechnologyIt is a technology that uses the flue gas at the outlet of the boiler to enter the boiler again as inlet air through equipment, reducing the flame temperature and thus suppressing the production of NOx. In order to perfectly apply this technology to gas boilers, the technical R&D personnel of Fangkuai Boiler conducted multiple experiments and records on the boiler structure and design, and finally optimized it continuously to control NOX emissions within the standard range.

Multiple intelligent warning functions ensure safe and efficient operation


  • Multiple safety protections such as electric contact pressure gauges and safety valves;

  • Equipped with high pressure protection: When the pressure inside the boiler exceeds the maximum pressure set by the user, the overpressure indicator light will turn on, the inspection light will flash, an alarm will sound, and the burner will be prohibited from working (to prevent further pressure increase).

  • Equipped with scale alarm function: Real time monitoring of the formation of scale on the heating surface, and automatic alarm prompt once exceeding the standard.

  • It has the ability to promptly prohibit the operation of the burner and sound an alarm in case of power outage, undervoltage, overcurrent, short circuit, phase loss, over burning prevention, and other sudden faults.

  • Equipped with over temperature protection function: When the boiler outlet water temperature is higher than the set value, the controller (electric contact bimetallic thermometer sends a command) prohibits the burner from working and emits an alarm sound.
