detailed description
The performance of lithium-ion batteries mainly depends on the positive and negative electrode materials. As an emerging positive electrode material for lithium-ion batteries, lithium iron phosphate has significant advantages in safety performance and cycle life compared to other positive electrode materials, which are also important technical indicators for power batteries. Lithium iron phosphate has the advantages of non toxicity, harmlessness, good safety, and long lifespan, and has become one of the positive electrode materials for the new generation of lithium-ion batteries.
The horizontal mixing vacuum dryer is a device that uses the characteristic of the boiling point of water in the material decreasing under vacuum to dry. The device uses steam (hot water, thermal oil) to indirectly heat the jacket, causing the water to evaporate and be promptly removed. Inside the dryer shell, the rake teeth are driven by a transmission shaft, and the rake teeth end is designed to have a certain angle with the axis. The main shaft rotates in both forward and reverse directions, causing the material to move along the axis to facilitate drying and discharging. Two or four tapping rods can be added inside the shell to facilitate rapid drying and crushing of materials. The tapping rod is a hollow thick walled stainless steel tube of equal length to the shell, which moves freely inside the shell. The tapping rod continuously taps the material inside, causing it to be continuously crushed (resulting in a larger specific surface area) to accelerate the drying process and improve the quality of the finished material.
