Main functions and features
1. Quantitative filling system
(1) Weighing automatic calibration mechanism: The weighing automatic calibration mechanism will automatically detect, compare, and correct each weighing result, ensuring accurate and rapid quantification;
(2) Unique and scientific weighing data collection mechanism: The special mechanism of the weighing sensor makes the collected dynamic weight data more timely and accurate, and the weighing results more reliable. This fundamentally solves the accuracy problem of some packaging machines on the market: if the packaging bags are placed in different positions, the weighing results will be different.
(3) The weight value for weighing can be set arbitrarily by oneself;
(4) Strict selection of components, stable and reliable performance;
(5) Sealed design and reduced dust: The bag clamping mechanism can clamp and seal all the feeding ports of the packaging bag, preventing material overflow and flying, and polluting the environment.
(6) The filling mechanism adopts a spiral extrusion method for filling, without blowing air into the packaging bag. After the original air inside the packaging bag is squeezed out by the filled material, it is discharged through a specially designed exhaust hole near the filling port (connected to the water bucket through a rubber tube). 2. Safety of personnel operation
(1) Power outage automatic protection system: It can prevent accidents caused by sudden power supply after a power outage in the power grid, resulting in automatic equipment startup.
(2) Motor overcurrent protection function: Each motor is equipped with overcurrent protection components in front of it to prevent short circuits, phase loss, circuit faults, and other reasons that may cause overcurrent and burn out the motor.
(3) The whole machine has overcurrent protection function.
(4) Leakage protection function: prevent accidents caused by leakage of electrical appliances, circuits, etc.
(5) The control functions of the entire device are centralized in the control panel, and all control functions are achieved through insulated components such as buttons, foot switches, infrared sensors, and travel switches.
2、 Scope of use
Used for quantitative filling of various dry powders with particle size below 3mm. It is not suitable for filling materials with excessively large (or long) particle size, flammable and explosive, sticky barrel walls, strong corrosion, or volatility.
Suitable for packaging: Soft open packaging bags with feed inlet diameter greater than or equal to 200mm and height less than or equal to 900 (1300) mm (feed inlet facing upwards)
