JT-X7015Flexible washing label, especially suitable for clothing and linen washing. It is installed on linen and can withstand high temperature ironing at 180 degrees Celsius. It can withstand more than 200 industrial washes.
The label undergoes performance consistency testing before leaving the factory, andEPC and User area write tests show that the factory labels have excellent reliability and performance consistency.

3. Installation guidance
3.1 Installation method of labels
1) Method 1: Suture directly onto linen or clothing;
2) Method 2: Sew or install it into a cloth bag, and then sew the bag onto the linen;
Advantages: After the linen reaches its washing life, the cloth bag can be cut off and installed on a new linen, so that the label can be reused to reduce the single use cost of the label;
Disadvantage: More installation time.
3) Method 3: Directly use ironing to iron the label onto the cloth (this method requires contacting the label manufacturer. Some types of washing labels support this installation method, while others do not. In addition, for those who support this method, there are also conditions for ironing.),

3.2 Selection of installation location for labels
1) For personnel management applications, tags should be prioritized for installation at the junction of shoulders and arms;
2) For the application of hotel linens, labels should be prioritized for installation in corners and areas that are not easily noticed by users;
3) For the production control application of fabrics, labels should be installed at the corners first (if it is for denim polishing management, it is necessary to contact the sales personnel of the label factory in advance to consult related products and performance).
3.3 Polarization direction of labels:
1) When the antenna of the reader used is a standard circularly polarized antenna, there is no need to consider the polarization matching between the tag and the reader antenna during tag installation;
2) When the antenna of the reader/writer used is a linearly polarized antenna, the polarization direction of the tag must be consistent with the polarization direction of the reader/writer antenna, otherwise it will be unable to read/write or have poor read/write performance;
