5、 Instructions for using the mixer

① Before use, an air run test should be conducted. Before the test, the firmness of all machine connections, the amount of lubricating oil in the gearbox, and the integrity of the motor equipment should be checked. Then, the main power switch should be closed for the air run test.

② It is advisable to immerse the slurry shaft during loading. After loading, the cover plate of the material tank must be closed before driving to prevent the material from flowing out of the tank. The cover is equipped with a sight glass basket to observe the mixing situation of the material.

6、 Installation instructions for mixer

This machine is packed as a whole. After unpacking, move it to a suitable place, install the anchor bolts, evenly tighten the nuts of the anchor bolts, and then connect the power cord to use it.

7、 Maintenance and repair of mixer machine

① Frequently used, the gearbox should be replaced with new oil every three months. When replacing, the gearbox should be cleaned and filled with new oil.

② Mechanical components should be inspected 1-2 times a month, including worm gears, worm gears, bearings, and oil seals. The inspection should ensure that all operating parts are flexible and that fasteners are not loose. Any abnormal situations should be promptly addressed.

③ If abnormal vibration or abnormal noise is detected during use, the machine should be stopped immediately for inspection.

④ Electrical control components should be kept clean and sensitive, and any malfunctions should be promptly repaired.

⑤ When assembling and disassembling the mixing slurry, it should be dismantled gently, installed steadily, and placed gently to avoid deformation and damage.
