Overview of LXL type two-phase flow unobstructed pulp pump
The LXL pulp pump is the latest generation of pulp pump designed by our company based on the requirements of pumps used in the domestic paper industry and old models such as ZJ and ZBJ pulp pumps, and the introduction of advanced technology from Sweden's KSB company and Germany's Siemens company.
Meets the requirements of high efficiency, energy conservation, reliable operation, long trouble free time, and easy maintenance in the modern paper industry. Its performance has been applied by dozens of domestic paper mills, and it has a certain degree of progressiveness.
Structural characteristics of LXL two-phase flow unobstructed pulp pump
1. The impeller of the LXL pulp pump adopts the latest non clogging theory design, optimizing the characteristics of single and double channel impellers, open and semi open impellers, and swirl impellers. Its non clogging, low pulse, and balance have all been reasonably resolved. Its overall structure follows the ISO2858 standard form, which is a rear opening door form, making pump maintenance convenient.
2. The sealing form adopts power seal, mechanical seal and packing seal to ensure no leakage during operation.
3. Safe and reliable, reducing maintenance costs, the balanced and calibrated rotor components and reasonable bearing arrangement effectively balance the radial and axial forces of the pump, ensuring long-term stable operation of the unit with the advantages of low vibration and noise.
