LWS series weightlessnessscale
Product Description
The LWS series weight loss scale, also known as a constant feeding scale, refers to the automatic feeding of a predetermined constant value per unit time, effectively ensuring its feeding accuracy. The main components of this scale include a modular weighing hopper, a variable pitch special spiral, electrical control, and high-precision professional weighing instruments.
Generally used for ingredient or feeding operations in industries such as chemical, environmental protection, metallurgy, food, and water treatment.
Product Introduction
The scale adopts German original intelligent control instruments and continuously samples sensor signals. Through data processing and calculation, the material reduction in the hopper per unit time is calculated and compared with the original set flow rate. If there is an error, a correction signal is also output to the variable frequency governor. The frequency converter debugger simultaneously controls the speed of the feeding screw motor and continuously adjusts the output of the screw to make the deviation from the original set value approach zero, thereby achieving the goal of constant feeding.
When the material is at the lower limit level detected by the level gauge in the hopper, the PLC program will open the rotating feeder or pneumatic valve above the hopper for rapid feeding. When the weight reaches the upper limit level, it will automatically stop. After this time period, the control instrument will immediately return to normal working state.
