LW110 continuously monitors the local electric field and triggers alarms in the event of possible lightning strikes. Because the alarm is based on electric field measurements rather than lightning strikes, the system can still detect lightning hazards even in the absence of other lightning strikes. LW110 can be relied upon to eliminate hypothetical situations of life or death by measuring the electric field at the location: 1) seeking shelter when a storm approaches, and 2) resuming safe activities after the storm has passed.
LW110 can be customized according to customer needs, with options for lightning detectors, weather sensors, as well as various communication, power supply, installation, and more.
