Product Features

1. The design of anti clogging hydraulic components for large flow channels greatly improves the ability of pollutants to pass through, effectively passing through 5 times the fiber material of the pump diameter and solid particles with a diameter of about 50% of the pump diameter.
2. Reasonable design, reasonable matching motor, high efficiency, low noise, and significant energy-saving effect.
3. The mechanical seal adopts a single end face seal, made of hard, wear-resistant, corrosion-resistant tungsten carbide, which has the characteristics of durability and wear resistance, and can ensure the safe and continuous operation of the pump for more than 8000 hours.
4. The pump and motor are directly connected and coaxial, belonging to the electromechanical integration product, with a compact structure and stable performance.

5. Small footprint, no need to build pump rooms, can save a lot of infrastructure costs; By adding protective covers to the fan blades of the motor, the entire machine can be operated outdoors.

precautions

1: If this pump is used to pump thick and viscous slurry, the pump chamber needs to be cleaned to prevent sediment from being left inside the pump.
2: Do not operate the pump in a low head state for a long time to prevent overloading and motor burnout.
3: After 3000 hours of regular operation, the pump needs to be disassembled, inspected, and maintained. If necessary, vulnerable parts that are no longer suitable for use should be replaced.
4: This pump is strictly prohibited from running without water.

5: Pumps with a diameter of DN200 or above can be customized for easy disassembly, making it more convenient to repair, replace, and maintain vulnerable components such as mechanical seals.
