When the set value is reached, the pulse valve opens and compressed air is directly sprayed into the center of the filter cartridge, sequentially pulse cleaning the filter cartridge to restore low resistance operation. The gas containing dust enters the filtering chamber, and larger dust particles directly fall into the ash hopper. The gas containing dust is purified by the filter element, and the dust adheres to the surface of the filter element. The clean gas passes through the filter element and reaches the static chamber, where it is discharged into the atmosphere through the chimney with an induced draft fan. As the dust on the filter surface continues to increase, the resistance inside the dust collector increases. When the resistance reaches the value of _, the controller will send a signal to control the program. At this time, the pulse valves will be opened one by one, and compressed air will be sprayed through the nozzle to clean the filter. Under the blowing of compressed air, the dust layer attached to the filter quickly separates from the filter and falls into the ash hopper, which is directly discharged by the screw conveyor or ash discharge valve.
