1、 Product Introduction

2、 Working principle: The rotary grid cleaning machine is assembled into a set of rotary grid chains by a unique rake tooth factory. Driven by the motor reducer, the rake chain rotates in the opposite direction of water flow. When the rake chain is moved to the upper part of the equipment, due to the guidance of the groove wheel and curved rail, relative self-cleaning motion occurs between each set of rake teeth, and the vast majority of solid materials fall down by gravity. The other part relies on the reverse movement of the cleaner to clean up the debris stuck to the rake teeth. According to the direction of water flow, the rake chain is similar to a grille, and the clearance between the rake teeth assembled on the rake chain shaft can be selected according to the usage conditions. When the rake teeth separate solid suspended solids in the fluid, it can ensure smooth flow of water. The entire work process can be continuous or intermittent.

3、 Features: The biggest advantage of this equipment is its high degree of automation, high separation efficiency, low power consumption, no noise, and good corrosion resistance. It can ensure continuous and stable operation without supervision and is equipped with overload safety protection devices. 4、 Technical parameters and selection

1. Equipment and rake specifications: Equipment specifications are divided into HF300-3600 types according to machine width dimensions. If the machine width exceeds 1800mm, it will be made into a parallel unit. The clearance of the rake teeth is divided into various specifications such as 1mm, 3mm, 5mm, 10mm, 20mm, 30mm, 40mm, 50mm, etc. The selection is based on the amount of water, lifting height, total solid-liquid separation, and the shape and particle size of the separated material. Different materials are also selected. 2. The standard groove depth of the equipment is 1535mm, which can be extended according to user needs and actual usage conditions. Special specifications will be designed separately.
