Electronic torsion testing machineThe equipment is equipped with a three jaw chuck, and when conducting experiments, it is necessary to fix the fixture with the nut sample, and then clamp the fixture with the nut sample on the three jaw chuck. The testing machine is equipped with an axial force unloading device, which works by unloading the axial force without rotating the nut specimen after the axial loading force. The main structure of the testing machine consists of a power device, an axial force unloading device, and a fixed clamp head. The axial force unloading device can move flexibly and is not required for testing. The device can be moved to the back of the host; When conducting a high lock nut test, move the axial force unloading device between two three jaw chucks and then clamp the specimen for testing.

One time screw in and screw out test: screw the test bolt into the high lock nut locking position, then install it on the testing machine, set the relevant parameters, and the testing machine will automatically perform the screw in and screw out test.
Twisting torque test: Screw the test bolt into the high lock nut locking position, then install it on the testing machine, set the relevant parameters, and the testing machine starts the test. The test is completed when the high lock nut driving part is twisted off. The maximum torque when the high lock nut driving part is twisted off during the testing process is read as the twisting torque.
Pre tightening force test: When the high lock nut is broken, the maximum force value displayed on the testing machine's axial force channel is the pre tightening force of the high lock nut.
Loosening force test: After testing the pre tightening force, remove the axial load by not rotating the nut. Then tighten the nut, and the maximum torque required to rotate the nut is the loosening torque of the high lock nut.
