Java based plug and play I/V testing software
The 2600B series digital source meter is equipped with a Source Measurement Unit (SMU) instrument based on Java testing software, which supports plug and play I/V characteristic analysis and can be run through any computer browser in various regions. This feature improves the testing efficiency of various applications such as research and development, education, and QA/FA. Just connect the 2600B digital source meter to the Internet through the attached LAN cable, open the browser, and enter the 2600B IP address as low as to start the test. The test results can be downloaded in a spreadsheet (such as Excel) for further analysis and formatting, or imported into other documents or presentations.

Adopting TSP technology, providing unparalleled throughput, suitable for automatic testing
TSP technology goes beyond traditional test command sequences... it is fully embedded and then executes the complete test program inside the source measurement unit (SMU) instrument. This actually avoids time-consuming communication between the bus PC controller, thus significantly reducing the entire testing time.

TSP Link is a channel expansion bus that supports the interconnection of multiple 2600B series digital source meters, becoming a single, strictly synchronized multi-channel system. The TSP Link technology of 2600B works in conjunction with its TSP technology to support high-speed, SMU per pin parallel testing. Unlike other high-speed solutions such as large-scale automatic testing equipment systems, the 2600B achieves parallel testing performance without the need for host costs or burdens. The system based on TSP Link technology also supports outstanding flexibility, allowing for quick and easy reconfiguration of the system according to changes in testing requirements.

In the TSP Link system, the synchronization of all channels is controlled within 500ns.
2400 software simulation
The 2600B series digital source meter is compatible with the test code developed for the Jishili 2400 digital source meter source measurement unit (SMU) instrument. This makes it easier to upgrade the testing system based on the 2400 type digital source table to the 2600B series and increases testing speed by up to 80%. In addition, it also provides a transition path from SCPI programming to Jishili TSP technology, which can further shorten testing time after implementation.
In order to fully support legacy testing systems, the 2400 type source storage inventory testing sequence is also fully supported in this mode.
