Product Description:
The structure of this machine is a hydraulic symmetrical upward regulating three roll plate rolling machine. The upper roll moves vertically up and down at the symmetrical position in the center of the two lower rolls. The bearing seats at both ends of the upper roll are driven by a hydraulic cylinder to lift the upper roll. The two lower rolls rotate and mesh with the lower roll through the output gear of the reducer, providing torque for rolling the plate. The disadvantage of this machine is that the end of the board needs to be pre bent with the help of other equipment.
Note: KDW11-25 * 2500 and above large specifications use hydraulic dump head for unloading. Special specifications can be customized.
