When the juice separator is running, the juice is continuously fed into the lower part of the screw feeder from the hopper of the juice separator, and the pulp is conveyed from bottom to top with a certain inclination angle. The pitch of the spiral gradually decreases from large to small, playing a slight squeezing role. So the juice flows out through the sieve to the bottom tank, and then is pumped to the fermentation container. In this way, as long as the juice is continuously fed in, the self flowing juice will flow out continuously, hence the name juice separator.
