JGD type rubber shear isolator is composed of synthetic rubber and built-in metal parts, which are vulcanized into a conical shape. The rubber part is subjected to shear force, has a large deformation range, and a low natural frequency.

The working temperature range is from -5oC to+50oC, and the stiffness also changes with temperature changes; Damping ratio C/C0>0.07.

The JGD type rubber shear isolator produced by our factory uses high-quality natural rubber, Yunxiang * * standard 1 # natural rubber, with a rubber content of about 46%, which has good shock absorption and noise reduction effects.
