1、 Product Introduction:
This machine is dedicated to the mechanical performance testing of prestressed steel strands. It is equipped with Lenovo computer, HP printer, large gauge electronic extensometer, photoelectric encoder, and fully functional universal testing software, which can easily complete the testing function; In addition, it is equipped with steel strand special extended jaws to ensure the middle of the sample breaks. Thereby further improving the success rate of the experiment. The test results can be queried and printed in six types of curves (force displacement, force deformation, stress displacement, stress deformation, force time, deformation time) and related test data. It has software self checking function and can self diagnose faults. Please refer to the software instructions for details. It can measure the tensile strength, specified non proportional elongation strength, elastic modulus, elongation and other mechanical properties of steel strands. It is an ideal testing equipment for industrial and mining enterprises, scientific research institutions, colleges and universities, engineering quality supervision stations and other departments.
