The IMCLBJ-800 series flow comprehensive calibration device is a flow automatic calibration device independently developed by our company. It applies PLC and upper computer configuration, frequency conversion technology to achieve fully automatic control of the flow calibration workflow; This device is designed according to the requirements of the "National Verification Regulations" (JJG162-2009), the national standard GB/T778.1-2007 "Cold Water Meter" and other relevant regulations. It has high accuracy, easy operation, high efficiency, safety and reliability, and simple maintenance. It is currently a relatively new type of flow calibration equipment in the industry.

Product Introduction

The IMCLBJ-200/100 series vehicle mounted flow calibration device is a series of mobile calibration devices developed to meet the needs of oilfield customers. It can calibrate various flow meters, precision injection instruments, and other flow equipment online. Solved the problems of inability to calibrate and difficulty in calibrating on-site instruments.

The device mainly consists of a sampling component, a high-pressure liquid transmission hose, a standard meter, a control valve, a return water tank, an outlet pipe component, an outlet pipe valve, an electrical cabinet, and an online calibration software for water injection flow meters. The water tank provides a water source that enters the measured instrument through the inlet. The sampling component collects the water injection information of the measured instrument and flows back to the water tank through the high-pressure hose passing through the standard meter. The standard meter displays the instantaneous flow rate and pressure information of the water flow. The online calibration software for water injection flow meters compares the data of the measured instrument and the standard meter and automatically performs error analysis, calculates the instrument coefficient, and automatically calibrates the measured instrument through the software.

The online calibration system for water injection flowmeter includes a connection module, a data detection module, a data processing module, and a measured meter parameter module. The connection module displays the reading status of the standard meter and the measured meter, the data detection module displays the current instantaneous flow information of the standard meter and the measured meter, as well as the error value of the measured meter, the data processing module displays the printing items, and the measured instrument parameter module displays the inspection unit, specification model, factory number, date of manufacture, accuracy level, medium pressure, inspector and other information of the measured instrument.
