Utilizing multifunctional grain condition detection technology to provide a comprehensive basis for grain condition detection in intelligent ventilation control systems, achieving truly effective ventilation, avoiding ineffective ventilation, and harmful ventilation, guiding grain storage practices.
The intelligent ventilation system proposed and established a mathematical model for the heat and moisture transfer of grain piles, as well as a finite element model for the temperature and humidity fields of grain piles. Using the model to track changes in grain conditions, an expert decision support system for intelligent ventilation of grain warehouses was designed based on fuzzy comprehensive decision-making. Four processing methods were designed, including cooling ventilation, precipitation ventilation, conditioning ventilation, and ventilation and heat dissipation ventilation. The intelligent ventilation system of grain warehouses based on model-based temperature measurement, temperature measurement, gas measurement, insect measurement, comprehensive grain analysis, ventilation control and other functional components was realized.
The specially designed axial flow fan for grain storage is built into the ventilation opening. Except for circulation fumigation, other operations do not require the fan to be removed, reducing the labor intensity of the operation.
The system has environmental monitoring functions for monitoring indicators such as wind direction, wind speed, rain, snow, and atmospheric temperature and humidity.
★ The opening and closing control of ventilation facilities such as doors, windows, and ventilation openings adopts an actuator with "hand self integration" function. Not only can it be quickly and accurately opened and closed automatically through the intelligent ventilation system, but it can also be manually operated in emergency situations such as power outages, system failures, etc.
The execution mechanism of ventilation facilities contains ventilation equipment status detection devices, signal feedback devices, and self-locking functions inside, which can ensure the normal opening and closing of doors and windows and the ventilation effect.
The actuator of the ventilation facility is in the electric mode of the reducer, with a maximum pulling force of not less than 300kg.
The system adopts comprehensive anti-interference measures to ensure long-term stable and reliable operation. At the same time, multiple lightning protection measures are also adopted to effectively protect the system equipment and play a good role in lightning protection.
The system has a power on control system, which can be directly controlled by a PC to determine whether the on-site and measurement equipment are powered on.

The intelligent ventilation vent is made of SUS304 stainless steel as a whole, with a beautiful and elegant appearance, reasonable structure, strong sealing performance, and corrosion resistance. The overall appearance is square. The door and the inner layer of the box are insulated with thermal insulation materials, and the insulation layer is filled with polyurethane foam agent. The inner body adopts a circular structure, with a 20mm round mouth flange and an E-shaped pure silicone sealing strip installed on the flange. The silicone sealing strip has strong elasticity, is not easy to age, and is not easily deformed under pressure, achieving better sealing effect.
The intelligent ventilation opening is equipped with a 3KW bidirectional suction type axial flow fan, which is customized according to the requirements of the intelligent electric ventilation opening. Axial flow fans have appropriate air volume, high air pressure, and flexible configuration, which can meet the cooling needs of grain silos with different storage capacities. The intelligent ventilation opening is controlled by the backend.
The system software has the functions of displaying, backing up, and printing real-time data.
