4、 Basic functions of equipment
1. Project selection: Party A may choose any one of the testing projects for testing according to the testing needs. (See Article 6 for testing items).
2. Model selection: 300 motor models can be selected and automatically judged; Different models of motor standards can be stored and called up at any time.
3. Parameter input: The upper and lower limits of each motor test standard can be entered, and the characteristic parameters of the insulation standard between the main and auxiliary turns are automatically calculated and saved for a long time.
4. Statistical data: Collect test data of motors and generate data reports. Report distribution: annual, monthly, and daily statistical reports, motor factory quality analysis reports.
5. Real time monitoring: Real time display of each test data, with sound and light alarm function for unqualified items.
6. Temperature compensation: The temperature compensation value is 20 ℃ (automatic temperature value testing).

7、 Random spare parts and information for equipment
1. Provide a set of vulnerable spare parts.
2. Provide a complete set of operating instructions and a software CD. The manual must explain how to use the equipment, how to set parameters, precautions for equipment operation, and safety terms. The software CD should provide a complete computer operating system, testing software, and testing data analysis software.
8、 Training
The second party shall provide training to at least one maintenance personnel and one equipment operator of the first party until they have fully mastered the relevant skills. The training period shall not be less than 2 working days. The specific time will be determined according to the arrangement of Party A.
9、 Equipment acceptance:
1. After the equipment is completed, Party B shall notify Party A to conduct pre acceptance at the demand side. After the pre acceptance is qualified, the equipment shall be sent to Party A.
2. The second party is responsible for the installation and commissioning of the equipment at the first party; After the equipment debugging is completed, both parties shall conduct acceptance according to the content of the technical agreement; The equipment shall meet all the requirements specified in this agreement.
10、 After the equipment and installation debugging self acceptance are qualified and delivered for normal use, it enters the warranty period, which is 12 months.
11、 Other
1. The purchaser shall provide cooperation for the supplier's on-site work.
2. Both parties shall keep confidential all relevant information and materials, and shall not engage in any behavior that harms the interests of the other party for any reason or in any way without the permission of the other party (such as disclosing the other party's information and related technical information to third parties or imitating the other party's products, etc.).
3. The warranty period for the equipment is 12 months from the date of self acceptance (Party B shall provide free replacement and maintenance warranty services as required by Party A). Upon receiving a warranty service request from Party A, Party B shall provide feedback within 24 hours and repair it within 3 days. Even if the warranty period is exceeded, the supplier shall provide positive and preferential services.
