SYQThe series intelligent low-voltage reactive power compensation comprehensive module is0.4KVA new generation of reactive power compensation equipment for low voltage distribution networks that is efficient, energy-saving, reduces line losses, improves power factor, and enhances power quality. It consists of an intelligent measurement and control unit, a thyristor composite switch circuit, a line protection unit, and two units(Type) or one unit(YComposed of low-voltage power capacitors. This comprehensive module integrates advanced technologies such as modern measurement and control, power electronics, network communication, automation control, and power capacitors. Compared with traditional reactive power compensation devices, the new generation of low-voltage reactive power compensation integrated modules have the characteristics of good compensation effect, small size, low power consumption, low cost, simple wiring, convenient maintenance, long service life, and high reliability, which meet the higher requirements of modern power grids for reactive power compensation.

Functional Features

1 Human computer dialogue window: The module has capacitor switching status, electronic composite switch fault indication, and can set protection settings, capacitor capacity, etcCTBy adjusting parameters such as transformation ratio and capacitor switching interval, and querying equipment operating parameters, human-machine dialogue has been achieved.

2. Optimization compensation: Switching can be controlled in stages according to compensation capacity to optimize and compensate for unbalanced three-phase or phase separated power grids, maximizing power factor improvement.

3. Overvoltage, undervoltage, and overcurrent protection: When a capacitor generates overvoltage or undervoltage, it quickly cuts off the capacitor; When the insulation inside the capacitor decreases and causes overcurrent, a warning signal is issued.

4.Overcompensation protection:Adopting delayed multi-point sampling technology to prevent capacitor switching oscillation and low load lockout control, ensuring possible overcompensation in case of instantaneous load drop.

5. Switching control: The zero crossing equipotential switching method is used to ensure no inrush current, and the switch adopts a permanent magnet switch.

6.Intelligent network: Multiple capacitors are connected to the network to generate an automatic network, with master-slave control. In case of individual machine failure, it automatically exits the network without affecting other work.

7.Low power consumption: Adopting a low-power design, it has the characteristics of low power consumption and minimal heat generation.

8.Simple wiring: The current sampling and communication are connected through network data plug-in cables, eliminating the need for manual wiring.

9. Adaptive between controlled mode and main control mode (optional)
