TGRX-2009 intelligent rapid coal quality analysis has achieved digital detection, automated control, and intelligent analysis from stage scanning, focusing system control, computer imaging, to spectral detection. In terms of spectral detection, it adopts the most advanced CCD charge coupled surface array detection technology in the world, replacing the current photomultiplier tube detection technology. It has completely replaced analog detection technology with digital detection technology, comprehensively improving the stability and detection accuracy of the system.

1. System structure:

The TGRX-2009 intelligent rapid coal quality analysis consists of a partial reflection microscope body, a CCD charge coupled surface array detector, a dual axis automatic scanning stage, a single axis automatic focusing system, a stepper drive control system, a single and dual axis displacement detection system, a high-speed acquisition control card, a light source, a high-precision stable voltage power supply, binoculars, a reflected light oil immersion objective lens, a computer, a printer, and system detection control analysis software.

2. Technical performance:

1) It has intelligent full process detection function (without manual intervention).

2) It has manual full process detection function (all completed by manual intervention).

3) It has the function of automatically analyzing test results and intelligently analyzing test results (reflectivity range, coal type, coal type ratio, Rmax average and standard deviation).

4) It has the function of reselecting the number of test points for the tested sample during the testing process.

5) It has the functions of automatic sample loading, automatic sample unloading, and automatic detection of sample surface flatness.
