Product Introduction

The integrated water injection device (intelligent water injection sled) is designed specifically for oilfield water injection control. The device integrates traditional production equipment such as water tanks, feed pumps, water injection pumps, water treatment devices, flow meters, etc. in the water injection station into a sled, and is equipped with an intelligent control system. It has functions such as buffering, filtering, pressurization, metering, and automatic adjustment of water volume. It can achieve remote control, unmanned operation, meet digital management requirements, and can replace small water injection stations. It is applied to advanced water injection in oilfields, development of remote small blocks, increase injection of high-pressure under injection wells, and reinjection of produced water.

Product composition

The device mainly consists of a pry base, pipeline valves, booster feed water pump, water treatment device, water injection pump, water distribution valve group, water tank, digital control system, etc.

This device is equipped with standard RS485 and RJ45 interfaces to meet the needs of digital oil fields. Wireless data transmission radio and GPRS wireless communication technology are applied to the control system, making communication more flexible and reliable.
