Product Introduction

The integrated device for oilfield produced water is designed specifically for oilfield water injection control. This device integrates storage, filtration, pressure boosting, and reflux. The water tank feeding pump, water injection pump, filter, valve, pipeline, etc. are designed and installed in one pry base, which can be relocated as a whole.

Product composition

The device mainly consists of a water tank feeding pump, a water injection pump, a filter, valves, pipelines, and a pry base.

Product Process

The produced water from oil and gas fields is treated and supplied to the water tank in the reinjection device. After buffering in the water tank, it is supplied to the feed water pump. Then, it is pressurized by a filter and an injection pump to reach the required pressure of the water injection system, and transported to the external water injection main pipeline network. Finally, it is distributed to the injection well through a stable flow distribution valve group. The sewage pipeline of the device is connected to the sewage recovery equipment in the station.

Product parameters

1. The external dimensions of the pry base are 11000mm * 26000mm * 2600mm. The equipment is fixed on the pry base and can be relocated as a whole;

2. Water injection pump: displacement of 3.0m3/h, rated pump pressure of 42MPa, matching motor power of 55kW, motor protectionIP65 rating；

3. Feed water pump: displacement of 4.4~8.3m3/h, head of 20.5~18.5m, supporting motor power of 1.1kW;

4. Main valves: All main regulating valves are made of anti-corrosion materials;

5. Water tank: The water tank is sealed with a rectangular airbag and oxygen isolation device.
