The integrated denitrification and dust removal equipment is an efficient flue gas desulfurization, denitrification and dust removal integrated process, abbreviated as NHDD. The boiler raw flue gas enters the reactor, and several nozzle combination spray layers are arranged in the contraction zone of the Venturi tube throat. The absorption liquid generated by the oxygen activator is atomized by the nozzle and sprayed into the contraction zone of the Venturi tube throat, dispersing into small droplets and covering the entire cross-section of the throat. The droplets fully contact the flue gas inside the throat, and undergo high-intensity mass transfer. NO and SO2 in the flue gas are oxidized by active oxygen, dissolved in the droplets to form nitric acid and sulfuric acid. In the neutralization zone of the reactor, they react with lime fed into the feeder to form calcium nitrate and calcium sulfate. The dust removed flue gas is discharged into the chimney through the induced draft fan. The process has the characteristics of high efficiency, low investment, and low operating costs.
