1、 Introduction and Application Range of SYF-1 Instantaneous Speed Tester

The SYF-1 instantaneous velocity tester is a new type of instantaneous velocity measurement standard device with high accuracy, high reliability, and simple usability. It is suitable for instantaneous velocity calibration of helmet impact testing machines, particle impact testing machines, transport packaging horizontal impact testing machines, inclined impact testing machines, headrest impact testing machines, bullet speedometers, kinetic energy testing instruments, and other instruments.

Measurement of crystal oscillator frequency parameters: 20MHz ± 5ppm

Pulse interval measurement range: 0.01 μ s to 20s

Minimum resolution of pulse interval: 0.01 μ s

Accuracy of pulse interval measurement: ± 0.005% or ± 0.1 μ s (whichever is greater)

(2) Technical parameters of photoelectric sensors

Accuracy of sensor spacing distance: ± 0.2mm

Sensor response time consistency: ± 0.5 μ s

Double gap baffle gap spacing distance: 20mm ± 0.1mm

Frame sensor can detect particle diameter: ≥ 3mm
