1、 HPMTM hybrid permanent magnet motor

1. The stator coil and permanent magnet rotor of a hybrid permanent magnet motor generate strong electromagnetic force, which drives the motor shaft to rotate at different speeds. The motor shaft directly drives the directly connected main male rotor without any efficiency loss in the intermediate transmission part.

2. Eliminating the use of worn parts and motor bearings in the motor, without gears/bearings/shaft seals, and reducing the consumption of vulnerable parts.

The volume is one-third of that of a regular motor, and it can be maintained on-site by replacing one of the winding coils. Compared to traditional motors that require replacing the entire winding, this will save a lot of costs.

5、 Durable compression module

1. Efficient twin-screw two-stage compression module, cast iron casing, synchronous gear drive.

2. In the past, oil-free screw compressors did not have balance pistons to counteract axial thrust, but the balance pistons were prone to getting stuck due to dust and other pollutants. To eliminate this hidden danger, Ingersoll Rand oil-free screw compressors added a pair of thrust bearings instead of balance pistons to bear axial force and improve the reliability of the main engine operation.

7、 UltraCoatTM super coating

1. Both the rotor and the machine base surface need to be treated with Ingersoll Rand super coating, which undergoes mechanical and chemical processing to ensure a very thin thickness of the coating and firm adhesion to the rotor and machine base surfaces.

2. After shot peening treatment on the surface of the rotor to increase roughness, organic high-temperature resin is mechanically embedded in molybdenum disulfide MoS2 molecular resin on the rough surface, which is durable, oxygen resistant, and not fragile.

3. Compared with coatings of other properties, UltraCoat? Super coating has a longer lifespan and can save 10% of the host's energy consumption.

4. Using stainless steel and aluminum alloy pipes to connect the intercooler and stainless steel secondary rotor, the condensed water generated during the intercooler process will not corrode these materials, and can prevent the generation and detachment of rust, extending the service life of the coating and rotor.

8、 Outstanding sealing technology
