The 8400D explosion-proof online gas analyzer adopts an explosion-proof structural design and is suitable for hazardous areas. Working Principle:
The IR-208 adopts a modular design and can integrate multiple detection technologies such as NDIR infrared and electrochemical to analyze various gas components.
Most gases can absorb infrared light of different wavelengths and have unique infrared spectral absorption characteristics. The light attenuation caused by absorption satisfies Lambert Beer's law, according to which the concentration of a gas is proportional to the intensity attenuation of specific wavelengths of infrared light.
When the infrared light generated by the infrared light source of the instrument passes through the measuring chamber, the measured gas in the chamber will absorb infrared light of a specific wavelength, causing it to attenuate. The intensity of the infrared light at that frequency is detected by a detector on the other side. By comparing the intensity of the reference detector, the attenuation coefficient of the infrared light at that wavelength can be determined. According to Lambert Beer's law, the gas concentration can be calculated.
