The IMD hot press molding machine is a professional equipment developed by our company for the IMD industry (in mold decoration and injection molding technology) and the molding of films, PET, PVC and other sheet materials (equipment patent number 200930164866.6). It uses far-infrared radiation to uniformly heat the sheet materials, and then passes through a constant temperature device and oil cylinder pressure to instantly shape them;
Product features:
1. Using 1-20mpa liquid pressure as the power source, it does not use compressed air like traditional equipment. Due to the almost zero compressibility of hydraulic pressure, its stability in speed and pressure is much higher than that of ordinary IMD molding machines;
2. The output of this machine can be selected between 3-50tf (ton force), which cannot be achieved by ordinary compressed air IMD molding machines;
3. The maximum speed of this machine can reach 250MM/s, and the impact noise does not exceed 80 decibels, which is equivalent to normal office conversation and cannot be compared to ordinary compressed air IMD molding machines;
4. This machine adopts carbon fiber heating tubes with an electric thermal conversion efficiency of over 98%, rapid heating, small thermal hysteresis, and uniform heating (emitting far-infrared radiation, known as the lifeline of humanity in the medical community), with a lifespan (continuous point) of ≥ 6000 hours; Long term operation of this machine by staff can enhance human blood circulation, accelerate new metabolism, and strengthen immune function;
5. This machine controls the voltage of the heating element by reducing its power supply voltage when it approaches the set temperature to ensure that the heating tube is in a long-term lit state and extend its service life. The displayed temperature is controlled within plus or minus 1 degree Celsius of the actual temperature;
6. This machine can be used for both molding and punching as long as the mold is replaced.
