Installation requirements for IFT458 automatic ignition and detection controller (with LED light column display flame intensity)
1. Working environment temperature: -10C -+65C without condensation;
2. The detection line should be individually routed using plastic cable protection tubes. When transmitting remotely, it should be placed separately from the main cable to avoid external electromagnetic interference;
3. The live and neutral wires must not be connected incorrectly, and the ground wire of the electrical cabinet must be connected to the ground wire of the burner and IFT458 automatic ignition and detection controller;
4. Power supply: AC220V, voltage fluctuation requirement within -15/+10% range, 50/60HZ, neutral wire cannot carry floating voltage. Power: 18VA+25VA (ignition power 25VA);
5. Built in ignition transformer ignition current: 25mA, 22KVSS, ignition gap of 2-3mm, ignition high-voltage wire<1m.
High voltage lines should not be threaded through metal tubes, and should be routed separately from detection lines.
6. Installation: Fix with a 20mm long M5 screw and M5 nut, with a width of 158mm, height of 90mm, and depth of 62mm. The distance between the two mounting holes on the bottom plate is 139mm.
7. Fuse: 2A fuse type.

Wiring Instructions
Wiring terminals:
1. Live wire, 2, neutral wire.
3. 4. Passive contacts for controlling solenoid valves;
5. 6. Passive contact, fault signal of remote ignition failure
7. 8. Passive contacts, output signal for successful remote ignition
9. 10. Connect the internal ignition transformer for ignition, and disconnect 10 outputs of 220VAC for external ignition transformer ignition;
11. Remote control reset ignition switch, normally open type (NO); (Communication Line L);
12. Pressure alarm protection and ignition power switch, normally open type (NO); (Communication Line L).

Precautions
1. The grounding of the controller must be good, and the neutral wire must not carry voltage.
2. Do not reverse connect the live wire L1 and neutral wire N, otherwise it may cause equipment damage.
3. Strictly prohibit live operation! Be sure to cut off the power supply during maintenance!
4. The power of the direct ignition burner shall not exceed 450KW.
5. When igniting again, wait for the alarm red light to turn on for 1 minute before proceeding to avoid overload damage.
