IFT258 automatic ignition and detection controller (with LED light column display for flame intensity)
The 258 type burner automatic controller is a type of controller that directly starts and detects the operation of the burner. It can use ionization flame detection or ultraviolet UV detection, or it can use a mode where ignition and detection can be operated on the same electrode. Since it does not have the function of controlling blowing, it can be connected to other control systems through PLC programmable controllers or relays for blowing function. An external high-power ignition transformer can directly ignite high-power burners KIO/KIC series and low-power ignition burners KMI/KDI series with combustion air; It has two modes: local switch and remote button reset. This controller adopts CE certification standards.

technical indicators
1. Power supply: AC220V ± 10% 50Hz
2. Environmental temperature: -20C -+65C without condensation;
3. Flame detection current: adjustable between 2-20uA. 4. Protection level: IP405. Ignition cable:<5 meters (suitable for temperature resistant high-voltage lines)
6. Cable length: The electrode ionization detection method has a maximum length of 75 meters, and the UV ultraviolet detection method has a maximum length of 100 meters.
Wiring Instructions
Wiring terminals:
1. For the live line (L),
2. It is the neutral line (N).
3. Provide pressure alarm protection and ignition power switch.
4. Remote control resets the ignition switch. (Normally open: NO contact)
5. To detect the electrode current input signal uA (DC), it should not be routed together with other charged voltage lines to avoid interference.
5. Provide power supply (live wire) for external high-power ignition high-voltage transformers.
6. For UV power supply (L)
7. For the ground wire (PE), it must be connected to the main ground wire of the electrical cabinet.
8.9. An alarm output signal for remote ignition failure after ignition and shutdown (passive NO contact type).
10. Provide power supply (live wire) for external high-power ignition high-voltage transformers.
11.12. Internal short circuit, for the power supply (live wire) output to the solenoid valve.
13.14. Output signal for successful remote ignition combustion (passive NO contact type).
Installation and wiring diagram
Note:
1. The power supply should use fixed wiring, and the live wire L and neutral wire N cannot be connected in reverse, otherwise it will cause equipment damage.
2. The solenoid valve and ignition transformer are driven by a control output 220AC power supply, with a maximum output current of 2A, and each output current shall not exceed 2.5A.
3. Combustion indicator contacts (terminals 13-14) and ignition failure signal contacts (terminals 8-9); Maximum current: 2A, maximum voltage: 253V.
4. The maximum working voltage of the UV flame detector is 230V, and there is no fuse protector inside.
5. The detection line should be individually routed using plastic cable protection tubes, and should be placed separately from the main cable during remote control to avoid external electromagnetic interference.
6. When using a UV probe, do not ground terminal 7.
7. Terminals 11 and 12 have been connected internally.
8. Installation: A U-shaped guide rail with dimensions of 35mm, 113mm in width, 75mm in height, and 120mm in depth can be used, with a spacing between the two mounting holes on the base plate.
9. When using a single electrode, the 7 # terminal of the burner and controller must be grounded, otherwise it may cause equipment damage.
10. Before powering on the automatic burner controller, the two fixing screws on the controller must be tightened.
11. During the secondary ignition operation, wait for 20 seconds after the alarm red light is on to avoid overload damage.
