The ICS-4040 series industrial grade simple network management PCI Ethernet switch board provides 4 10/100Base-T (X) ports. The ICS-4040 can be installed in the PCI slot of the motherboard, allowing IPC or embedded systems to communicate with any network device. Supports multiple network redundancy protocols O-Ring (self-healing time<10ms @ 250 switches) and RSTP/STP (IEEE802.1w/D), which can quickly recover in case of network failure and ensure uninterrupted communication for important applications. In addition, ICS-4040 supports redundant power input, so even if the IPC motherboard fails, data can still continue to communicate without network interruption. Therefore, ICS-4040 is a solution for IPC/embedded systems equipped with Ethernet communication functionality.
