2.1 Working principle
The oil bath feeding machine consists of five parts: hydraulic station, feeding tube, pushing rod, bracket, and control circuit. The principle is that the oil pump supplies oil to the feeding tube at a constant pressure (1 ≤ pressure ≤ 2KG), and pushes the piston rod (pushing rod) to push the bar material into the spindle, so it is also called an oil pressure feeding machine. When working, the rod material is in the hydraulic oil of the material tube. When the rod material rotates, it will float up from the material tube under the damping reaction stress of the oil. When the speed is fast, the rod material will automatically suspend in the center of the material tube and rotate. Greatly reduces the collision and friction between the rod material and the material tube wall. The vibration and noise during work are very small, especially suitable for high-speed, long bar, and precision workpiece processing. It is an increasingly widely used oil bath feeding machine both domestically and internationally, which can be matched with various processing machine tools to complete automatic feeding work. After the bar material is automatically fed, the machine tool is automatically in a waiting state and informs the operator of the feeding through a warning device.
2.2 Characteristics of the feeding machine

The damping reaction force of the oil causes the rod material to automatically suspend and rotate in the center of the material tube. 3. Before starting up, it is necessary to connect the oil pipe and power supply. Before production debugging, the hydraulic system of the feeding machine must be turned on in advance to achieve the set pressure value.
4. The operator of this machine must be familiar with the operating rules of this machine, and unrelated personnel are not allowed to operate it.
5. The mechanical construction, circuits, and operating procedures of this machine cannot be modified without the consent of our company, otherwise our company will not be responsible.
6. The safety protection devices on the equipment are not allowed to be moved casually, nor are they allowed to be modified or intentionally rendered ineffective.
7. If the machine malfunctions during use, the stop button must be pressed and the main power switch must be turned off without error, and the cause must be quickly investigated. Only after troubleshooting can the device be turned on.
8. When there is a sudden power outage or abnormal accident, it is necessary to promptly remove the residual materials inside the barrel.
9. During the use of this machine, it is necessary to regularly maintain and inspect electrical components, wiring terminals, etc. to eliminate hidden dangers.
10. Maintenance requirements for the machine: Generally, it should be cleaned once every three months (it is recommended that customers clean it every two months).
11. Strictly control the appropriate amount of oil supply. If the oil supply is too small, the pressure, lubrication, and cooling effects will be poor, causing overheating of the feeding machine and increasing mechanical wear; It should be minimized as much as possible while ensuring pressure, lubrication, and cooling. Excessive oil supply can cause excessive pressure, which can seriously affect product quality and waste lubricating oil.
12. Before refueling or changing oil on a new or old machine after maintenance, the lubricating oil pipeline and oil tank must be cleaned thoroughly, and there must be no residual oil stains or impurities, especially iron filings. When refueling, fill the fuel tank according to the prescribed amount and use it repeatedly.
