This product adopts microcomputer software control program; The parameter settings are simple and intuitive, and the operation is smooth. It is a specialized equipment that can quickly process various products at once in fields such as scientific research, biomedicine, food testing, and universities.
Multiple samples are ground quickly and effectively simultaneously. It can be dry ground, wet ground, mixed, and homogenized. For extracting nucleic acids from high-throughput samples, it can greatly improve grinding efficiency and quality. The high-throughput tissue grinder uses a closed disposable centrifuge tube during the grinding process, effectively avoiding sample cross contamination. Setting the same grinding procedure for the same tissue sample can achieve the same grinding efficiency and improve the repeatability between samples. Due to the use of grinding balls for grinding, the grinding of the sample is more uniform and thorough compared to traditional grinding methods. Using a high-throughput tissue grinder, it can also be used as a homogenizer to quickly disperse samples using stainless steel balls, high-density glass beads, or zirconia beads. The sample temperature does not rise during the grinding and homogenization process, and the speed can be adjusted.

Principle:
Vertical up and down oscillation mode, the oscillation system undergoes high-frequency reciprocating motion, causing the frozen sample in the grinding tube to collide with the grinding ball. The resulting grinding shear force and impact force completely break the tissue.

Operation steps:
1. Add the processed sample and grinding ball into the centrifuge tube in sequence
2. Place the centrifuge tube containing the sample into the adapter
3. Freeze the adapter with the sample in liquid nitrogen for a few minutes
4. Place the frozen sample and adapter in the middle of the fixture and adjust their position
5. Place the fixture on the sample stage, position the slot, tighten the vertical positioning knob, and return the safety lock to its original position
6. Cover the safety door of the machine
7. Set vibration frequency and vibration time
8. Start the machine and perform the crushing process
9. Wait for the machine to completely stop vibrating before shutting down, opening the safety door, and taking out the sample
10. Instrument repositioning
