The main body of the tomato sauce sterilizer is divided into a hot and cold material heat recovery section, a preheating section, a sterilization and insulation section, and a cooling section. The entire sterilization process is fully automated, and the human-machine interface can flexibly set the sterilization temperature. During the production process, the temperature difference between the sterilization temperature should not exceed 0.5 ℃. Equipped with a pressure multifunctional tank for buffering materials and material reflux during the production process. After production, it can be used as a CIP cleaning tank.
