Principle of water-based printing on corrugated cardboard
1. Waterborne printing belongs to additive printing. The color original is processed into a reverse image through electronic color separation plate making, and then printed by a printing machine. The ink is transferred from the printing machine's mesh roller to the printing plate, and then transferred from the printing plate to the corrugated cardboard. By using color matching and layering to obtain a positive image, the original sample box can be replicated to reproduce the quality of the original manuscript.
2. The principle of four primary colors: red, yellow, blue, and black (strictly speaking, the three primary colors: red, yellow, and blue)
Intermediate color: Two primary colors added together: red+yellow=orange (orange red, orange yellow);
Red+Blue=Purple (Cherry Red, Tomato Purple);
Blue+yellow=green (dark green, tender green).
