It is integrated into an electromechanical system, with a reasonable layout, compact structure, small footprint, and easy maintenance. 2. Unit composition and selection of brands and materials
1.1. The unit consists of RV-04, BRV-04, HRV-02, BHRV-02 series vertical displacement and verticalHalf capacity heat exchangerAs the main equipment, it consists of a matching expansion tank system circulation pump, valves, connecting pipelines, and control system;
2.2. Equipment, valves, pipeline brands and materials selected for the unit:
1) HotexchangerThe materials used are carbon steel lined with copper, carbon steel composite 444, stainless steel S30408 or S31603, and the heat exchange tube bundles are T2 copper smooth tubes, large corrugated tubes, and stainless steel tubes.
2) The material of the expansion tank is either an outer carbon steel inner diaphragm or a stainless steel inner diaphragm;
3) The circulating pump brand is selected from Grundfos and Southern Pump Industry, and the material is stainless steel S30408;
4) The temperature control valve brands selected are Siemens from Germany and Honeywell from the United States;
5) Other valve brands choose Shanghai Lianggong and Emeco;
6) The material of the connecting pipe is thin-walled stainless steel S30408 and S31603;

7) Schneider is selected as the brand of control components ABB、 Siemens and Chint.
