One The HM-60G Hardgrove Grindability Index Tester is designed and manufactured in accordance with the national standard GB2565-87 "Method for Determining the Grindability Index of Coal" (Hardgrove Method). It is re optimized without changing the main structure, adding a push type bowl structure at the bottom of the machine body and grinding bowl, and using an electronic digital speed controller to solve the heavy labor of manually holding the bowl during operation, and improving the reliability of the tester, making it a new product for updating and upgrading.
2、 The purpose of the HM-60G instrument for measuring the Hartmann Grindability Index
The HM-60G Briquette Grindability Index Tester is an instrument used to measure the grindability of bituminous coal and anthracite coal. The measurement results are represented by the Hartmann grindability index, with the index being higher
Larger indicates easier grinding. The measurement results of this instrument can accurately reflect the difficulty level of coal grinding, providing a basis for the design and operation of coal mills.
This instrument has a compact structure and is easy to use, widely used in industries such as coal, electricity, metallurgy, and chemical engineering.
3、 The characteristics of the HM-60G instrument for measuring the Hartmann Grindability Index are as follows:
This instrument is specifically designed to determine the difficulty of coal grinding into powder.
■ Speed: 20 ±. 5R/min, better than the national standard.
■ Maximum operating speed: 60 ± 0.25r
Working power supply (V): 220V ± 10%
Silent rotation.
The grinding pot is made of imported steel.
4、 The working principle and structural characteristics of the HM-60G Hastelloy Index Tester
The working principle of the Hastelloy analyzer is to grind coal samples within a certain particle size range according to the grinding law (i.e. the energy consumed by grinding coal powder is proportional to the new surface area generated by coal powder)
Grind it in a Hastelloy apparatus, then sieve, weigh, compare, and calibrate the chart to determine the grindability index.
The structure of the Hastelloy apparatus mainly consists of an upper bowl mechanism, transmission gears, grinding rings and bowls, motors, and a speed controller.
5、 Operation of the HM-60G Hardgrove Grindability Index Tester
1. Before starting work, a trial run should be conducted to check whether the operation is normal, whether the speed controller and automatic shutdown device are sensitive and reliable, to ensure automatic stop at 60 ± 0.25 revolutions.
2. Clean the grinding bowl, grinding ring, and steel balls, and distribute the steel balls as evenly as possible inside the grinding bowl.
3. Weigh 50 ± 0.1 grams of coal sample with a particle size of 0.63-1.25mm, evenly distribute it in the grinding bowl, and level the surface. Sweep the coal sample that falls on the raised part of the grinding bowl and the ball around the steel ball.
