The HK-7000-I gas alarm monitoring system is used for monitoring and alarming the concentration of combustible gas/toxic gas. The system adopts a two-level control structure, with a 10.2-inch industrial touch screen replacing the industrial control computer on the upper computer and an HK7000 controller on the lower computer. Each signal can be independently monitored. The system adopts a cabinet style structure, which is easy to install, easy to operate, and cost-effective. Suitable for measuring and controlling various (4~20) mA signals. The system is equipped with 48 channels (4~20) mA input signals, each with a secondary alarm value setting. When the predetermined alarm point is reached, an audible and visual alarm signal is emitted.

◆Provide RS485 and industrial Ethernet standard communication interfaces for communication with PLCs or computers;

◆Display gas detector measurement values, alarm information, fault information, and shielding information through the touch screen;
◆Display real-time and historical trends through touch screen;
◆View and export alarm records through the touch screen;
◆Set alarm parameters, probe shielding, range, and system time through the touch screen;

● Parameter settings: Level 1 and Level 2 alarm parameter settings, gas range settings, probe shielding settings.
Data forwarding: Standard Modbus communication protocol, real-time transmission of data from each channel.
