HD9P(E/HY)90H(X)Rotary valveIt is a multifunctional new type of valve developed by Hande Co., Ltd. after years of market research. It can be used for high-performance regulation, cutting off, diversion, and direction change of media. It has various application functions such as ball valves, three-way and multi way valves, butterfly valves, plug valves, and regulating valves. It is widely used in coal chemical, metallurgical, petrochemical, power, light industry, pharmaceutical, and military industries. Hande Co., Ltd. obtained multiple national patents in 2015, which is the first of its kind in the global valve industry.

A rotary valve is a type of valve with a cylindrical valve core shape and an overcurrent window on the cylindrical surface. The valve is opened and closed by rotating the valve core to achieve flow control or regulation. Suitable for various working conditions, it has special advantages and strengths. The rotary valve has solved some of the problems encountered by traditional regulating valves, and some of them have exceeded the performance of traditional regulating valves.

Rotor type valve is hande shares after years of market research and development of a multi function valve, for medium and high performance and regulation, cut, split and commutation. AFully connected type:Mainly used in situations where cutting is required.In the pipeline system, it can connect or intercept the medium with strong flow capacity, low pressure loss, and achieve zero leakage through bidirectional sealing.

All pass: mainly used for cutting applications. In the pipe system, the medium is connected or cut, the flow capacity is strong, the pressure loss is small, the two-way sealing can achieve zero leakage.

BAdjustable type: mainly used for adjusting requirements (large adjustable ratio).In the pipeline system, it mainly plays a regulating role, and the valve actuator receives control signals. Drive the valve cylinder to rotate, and the rotation angle is linearly related to the control signal, in order to control the process parameters in the pipeline. The flow channel can be customized into linear, proportional, or some special shapes as needed to obtain flow curves with different performance.

Adjustable type: mainly used to adjust the requirements of the occasion (adjustable ratio). In the pipe system, the main function of the valve actuator to receive control signal. Drive valve cylinder for rotary motion, rotation angle and control signal linear relationship, so as to control the process parameters in the pipeline. C Three way or multi way (adjustable) type:LTypeTType.A three-way rotary valve refers to a valve body with three inlet and outlet ports. The three-way rotary valve is divided into two types: L-shaped and T-shaped. The L-shaped valve is mainly used for reversing the direction of the medium, and the flow direction of the medium is changed from one pipeline to another. T-type is mainly used for the diversion and merging of media. Diversion controls the flow of a medium from different pipelines, while merging controls the convergence of two media into one pipeline.

Multi way rotary valve refers to a valve with four or more inlet and outlet ports perpendicular to the rotation axis plane of the actuator, or one outlet port at the lower end of the plane. The valve is mainly used for reversing or merging two or more media into one pipeline.

Three way or multi pass (regulation) type: L type, T type. Three way type of rotary valve is the valve body has three import and export, the three valve is divided into L type and T type two, L type is mainly used for the medium of the direction of the flow from one pipe to another. T type is mainly used for the medium flow and confluence, the diversion is to control the flow of a medium separately from the different pipe, the confluence is the control of the two media convergence in a pipeline.

ESmall traffic type:When the flow rate of the medium is very small, the small opening of the valve meets the flow requirements and cannot be adjusted normally. The Cv value can reach a very small value, thereby improving the control accuracy at small flow rates.

Small flow type: when the medium flow is very small, the valve is very small opening to meet the flow requirements, and therefore can not be adjusted, this time can be the throttle orifice shape design for the minimum 1mm wide window, flow characteristics for linear, Cv value can reach a minimum, so as to improve the control accuracy of micro flow.

FAnti cavitation type:Cavitation is a form of material damage that occurs when the pressure and temperature of a liquid reach critical values. Cavitation is divided into two stages: flash evaporation and cavitation. Under certain conditions, some of the liquid in the pipeline vaporizes into a gas state, producing bubbles and forming a gas-liquid two-phase flow, which is the flash evaporation process. The pressure downstream of the valve increases, and the process of bursting bubbles is called cavitation. Cavitation can cause scratches, deep grooves, and dents on the surface of valve internals. Valves generally adopt a tortuous path, multi-stage pressure reduction, porous throttling, and guide the medium to flow towards the central area of the valve body to prevent impact on the inner wall of the valve body, in order to prevent and reduce cavitation damage.

It is mainly used in working conditions with high pressure difference or low flow resistance, and can also be used as a bottom discharge valve. Especially suitable for pressure and flow regulation of black water and grey water in the coal chemical industry.


The valve core and seat of the angle rotary cylinder valve are made of precision machined materials, with a surface roughness of Rc0.04 and a material hardness of HRA90 or above, which is extremely wear-resistant. The traditional black water regulating valve adopts a Venturi angle straight stroke structure, with a high inlet and low outlet flow direction, strong opening and closing force, and the valve stem moves up and down. Due to the gap between the valve stem and the guide sleeve, oscillation is prone to occur, and the valve core often breaks at the root. After a period of use, the valve stem is prone to scaling, causing the valve core to fail to move. The angle rotary cylinder valve operates with an angular stroke, with a small rotational torque and self-cleaning function during rotation. The contact area between the cylinder valve core and the valve body is large and uniform, solving the vibration and crawling phenomenon of traditional angle seat valves. The mirror contact between the valve core and the valve seat ensures the reliability of the seal, thereby improving the adjustment accuracy.

Mainly used for high pressure or flow resistance of the working conditions, but also can be used as the bottom discharge valve. The pressure and flow is particularly suitable for the coal chemical industry in the black and gray water regulation.
